Today I am feeling overwhelm.. I have two seniors in private school and their tutions are consuming me... it's their last year and I know I will make it through. righ now I just want curl up in the bed and cry.... however, I WILL NOT EAT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE STRESS!!!!

Stay strong! You are a doing something very special for your children. I remember those years of my mom trying to scrape up the tuition. You will make it! It's only a few more months, right? As my mom always says, you can do *anything* for [fill in the blank amount of time]. There's a light at the end of the tunnel. Exercise is really a great way to deal with stress. If you can, go for a short walk today while the sun is out. During lunch, maybe.

thanks Beets... I've mannage to make it through the day... will be leaving work at 4pm... My husband wants to take me out to dinner, so I hope I dont blow it then... gonna take a look at the menu before I get there...
