I had a great day today! I did well with my eating plan and even got in a little exercise. I also managed to get some of my housework done. I trying to get as much done as I can because I'm getting ready to write a research paper for my pyschology class. I'm a little worried that when it gets down to crunch time that I will cave and start eating to cope with the stress of getting everything done. Anybody have any ideas?

Try to reduce the stress by exercising a bit before you start writing your paper. When I have to write a paper I organize every aspect of it before actually writing it. I try to let someone proofread it for me and provide feedback. Try drinking some water or haveing a low calorie snack if you must eat something. I hopes this helps.
