Yay! Feel so good about today, I got into painting SO MUCH that I wasn't even hungry for dinner! WOW that NEVER happens... I NEVER forget to eat! I had planned all my daily food out about midday as I have been doing over the last several days, and it's been working really good. I save lots of calories for late at night because that's when I like to eat- too busy during the day. But tonight I am several hundred calories BELOW my requirement because I just don't need to eat. I will save them for another day this week, maybe if I am having a really hard day. Going to bed feeling so good. Thank you God for the success today!
