Today workout was really good....
Roded my bike 10 miles 1 hour
Treadmill 1 hour..added the hills again 8.0 incline going 3.7 mph...this guy at the gym said to do that... if you want a better workout...ok...i really did burn more cal's
Walked laps in the pool 1 hour

Today I increased the incline and speed on my treadmill too. I got a workout that had me praying for the finish time to hurry up and get here! :)
