By 5:30 I was starving. Resisted the urge to break out the salty snacks. Homemade potato soup for dinner tasted so much better. Need to remember how better food tastes, when I'm actually hungry. Enjoying keeping my food calendar. Now that I know where the calories are coming from I think I can do some shuffling. Planning family meals ahead of time has also helped reduce the grocery bill and gives something to look forward to instead of snacking at 4:00.
