Friday night I was riding my bike and a car ran a stop sign hitting me. I was thrown across the hood of the car onto the pavement. Only because I had my bike helmet on I’m able to make this journal entry today. The impact cracked my helmet in three places. If my journal entry motivates just one person to wear a helmet it was worth writing. Be Safe Everyone!
