I signed on for a challenge for February, and I JUST NOW remembered it. :S So, I'm one day late, but I'm REALLY going to try and stick to it. I acted like shit this weekend, with all the junk food I ate, and experimenting with macarons and whatnot (aspiring pastry chef...who wants to be thin? ftw~)
So today I need to do 45mins of workout, drink at least three glasses of water, and eat properly. Lets see if I can tackle this week, then I'll try for all of February. (Also, need to try to cut coffee out, or at least drink it black)
