Week TWO: Down 3 more pounds. I am trying to stay strong. This is usually where I get weak moments that turn into a week of bad eating. :)
I started my Wii fit plus last night and it is great. I have a question for anyone out there. How do you record that as exercise on here? I usually do 30min of strength and cardio with a little yoga.

I just sent a message to the administrator to ask the same question. If we log our daily exercise the way we do everyday, does that post the results into the 21 day challenge?
