Well thought I'd better do a quick update - My weights pretty stable eating more than I ever have but also my 'active' calories is outragous :D I'm probably fitter than since my teens.
I'm running 10Km 5 days a week, inc the running and Dog walking I cover around 70 active miles a week + 10Min weights per day.
My blood pressure objective is pretty much met with an average BP 110/70.
Bit concerned with my my resting heart rate as its in the mid 40's probably speak to Dr about it but think its probably fitness related not not getting any low heart rate symptoms and it ramps up once I start moving.
And if anyone cares 10Km take me 50 Mins I can do a HiT split on the 2nd mile sub 7Min/Mile.
Down side my torn Achilles scar tissue (old injury) means I have to wear ankle brace every run, Torn my other legs calf so have to strap that and my snapped Anterior Cruciate (old injury) seems to led to a strained qaudricep.!
Plus side - Makes me wonder how fast I could run if I wasn't carrying so much weight in bandages :D

That is bloody fantastic! Especially with those types of injuries. I must add my heart rate is 50 bpm. I am also active, dog walking and swimming. So i am pretty sure that a heart rate with your level of fitness would be acceptable in the mid 40s. So well done you! 😆

Well, its great to know that you are doing so well. Missed you though I really don't know what my hear rate is to be honest. When I went in for an op about five years ago the admissions nurse said that it was the same as an 18 year old. Mind you I think she got her digits the wrong way round x

70 miles a week? That's brilliant Awaldram. You sound like a car. Glad to hear you are getting your blood pressure corrected.
