Day 13 of "The 30 Day Shred": 1st day on Level 2, and it KICKED.MY.A**. Try as I might, I was out of breath the entire time. Needless to say, I could not do all the reps...and this was for just about ALL of the exercises. I don't know if it's because I have not been getting good sleep these past few days/weeks, or because it's a harder level....or both. Either way, I did terrible. I wasn't planning on working out (after my exhaustion yesterday), but I looked at some fitness inspiration and managed to get myself motivated to workout anyway. That's a good thing, BUT I did poorly. Ugh! We'll see if I manage to do anything tomorrow.
