shopping today but it's great execise but the problem is I eat like a horse when I get back! and Its always late when I get back !

I make sure I always have something at home that would be a healthy, no prep dinner- like canned soup or premade salad or a turkey sandwich. That way I won't be tempted to go get something unhealthy on the way home. You're right, shopping is great exercise!

Thanks k8yk ! did well today I had a few minutes spare before I went and weighed out all myu vegies into a plastic steam box and just had to put in microwave when I got back ! thanks chicken xx
