I am so excited about my eating, I swear I always used to complain because I couldn't get it under control. My eating has been spectacular, my workouts have slipped a little, but I'm back on track today and super excited. I can feel and see the changes and that makes cheating not even an option. It's only February, and I have an arsenal of great programs to choose from and I'm so motivated to get into the best shape that I can. I know I can be a successful coach w. out a 6 pack, nor do I think I need one, but I love that the farther I take my results the better I'll feel about myself, and that confidence will propel my business as well. I'm so excited to be part of something that I'm passionate about, and I can help people help themselves. My friend from high school actually ordered P90X, my mom is about to start a program (Probably Power 90 or Kathy Smiths Project II Type 2) and my brothers are going too as well.
About my eating, I started a zero carb type plan, but its more like Atkins 72 b/c I didn't prep accordingly. I think I threw it together pretty last minute so I had to wing it with what I had. Per usual, I only have lean meats in my fridge, so I've been eating just meat and fat and water. I can have eggs, but I'm not really in the mood. I know it sounds gross, but I actually have never felt better. I never feel bloated, I have energy, I feel completely satisfied and my stomach is completely flat.

After my shower I decided to see how much more work I had to do to get into my favorite jeans in my goal size (I couldn't get them past my inner thighs when I started Insanity).
