I am NOT losing any weight! Just exactly how fat did I get? I know I'm not exercising but with my depression, fibromyalgia, sciatica and failed back surgery, even walking is a chore. I am eating 800-1700 calories. I absolutely hate the new digital scale. The damn digital scale is reading 151.6! What a liar! Even the "nice" 1970's style scale is reading 145! First thing in the morning, before my coffee, after I peed! I thought I was fat at 118, I wanted to weigh 115. Thought I was really fat at 130 lbs. but I forgave myself, made excuses for myself; I'm getting older, I've had 3 kids, I'm 5'8, I'm never going to be size 0 or size 2, blah blah blah! 😣😫😩
I wear size 8's and even 10's. In 2000, I weighed 118-125 lbs. in 2010? I weighed 130-135. 2013, right before my back surgery, I weighed 135-142
