Slept well,up at 9:30 am(usually stay up reading until 1 or 2am) went to get groceries at Bilo and the to get pizza for David and then McDonald's and home. Went out to spa after supper and did exercises for 45min. Spoke to Angie earlier and will call Eloise this pm.
