Okay, need to do some research here, this is so disappointing especially since I have not strayed from the diet, I've stuck to it quite well, as surprisingly as that is but I have. I am wondering if low carb isn't the best idea for Graves Disease because I have noticed a few symptoms raising their ulgy little heads. Perhaps I might have to go a bit higher with the carbs.
