Down slightly inspite of many weak moments. now to get thru Easter weekend
79.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

we are doing a smoregous board between sunrise service and sunday school. I am doing kiesh but I know there will be pastries and biscuits and gray etc etc I must be strong.
