Pro Bowl today (yay my "team" won). Not a very good day in terms of eating...tomorrow morning I am going to measure myself (forgot to do it this morning) and see what I get. I need to get back into my real excercising. If I can lose a half a pound a day without "real" exercise, then imagine what I lose with it
