Feeling strong and lean. Eating primarily plant based lots of big veggie based dinners oatmeal half cup with one serving pb2 and a bar and dessert two bowls nightly. Switched to cocowhip light for morning coffee happy with this weigh in before using
53.1 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
