It's really a loss, since I went up to 161.8 over the weekend. But I was too ashamed to put down the gain. Guess I'm just playing mind games with myself.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
