Didn't weigh in this morning. Am going to weigh in tomorrow morning. Ate out every night this week and did not make good choices at all. Have been fighting a cold/sinus infection this week. Am finally down for the count and sleeping all day today. Feel awful because of the cold and really honestly pretty crappy for what I've been eating...I don't think it's ever happened to me like that. I have been doing so well, very disappointed with myself. Feel all swollen and puffy, ick. Am going to kick it back up, pick myself up and get back on. Not going to ruin this for myself.
