I don't know why..but everytime i workout i have a lot of energy....
Treadmill...1 hour up my incline to 12.5..3.7 mph
Water Jogging...1 hour

I know the feeling, even with this cold, I did a little exercising yesterday and felt so much better. It does a body and mind good.
