So I kept it just below 1800 calories and ate lots of meat and oil and veggies. I feel I ate really well and healthily and stayed under 17 carbs. Now if I could do that every day, I bet I would get some good results. But tomorrow I want a MIM darn it!!! Gonna make my menu for tomorrow. And drink more water while I do it.
