Day 13- Last night was my ‘free’ night. Went out to dinner and still ate pretty good, but also drank a bottle of wine. Been liking the wine over the beer lately…..
Got back to it this morning with my regular meals. I have upped my breakfast buy another 100 cals and it seems to fill me better for a longer day. Lunch is not a ‘I feel hungry’ feeling . I am trying to move some cals to earlier in the day so I am not loading up before bed. I have also found from looking at most of the places I am eating on the road that you can get a filling dinner for about 500cals, so I should be up around 1200 cals before dinner.
The only thing I am not doing well is keep up on my exercise while I am home. It also does not help that I am sitting here watching a show ‘BBQ Masters’, I really want to fire up the grill.
