Honestly my abs are not really showing real well due to extra skin. They are relatively flat but extra skin covering it up. We will see if improves with time!

Pictures on left are about 19 years ago. I was maintaining about a 100 lb weight loss and stuck at a plateau about a year after my hysterectomy. I am also dealing with degenerative scoliosis and arthritis! Two months before the middle picture was taken I was told I needed total knee replacement syrgery on righf knee. I has been successfully able to continue reshaping my body and increasing my metabolism with weight training. Delaying surgery!! Actual not in pain with careful training!!
