Day 7 of Detox and it is more like day 5! I love weekends, but at the same time they suck! I just don't quite understand why I can't stick to things on the weekends, oh well, I am not going to dwell on it I am going to push forward! I am going to try to push myself this week until Thursday and see how much more I can loose. I won't get on the scale until Thursday morning, that will be my goal! I sure hope that I am doing good and that I can put that I lost at least 5 lbs. On a bonus note, I had a friend ask me on Friday night if I was still losing weight, I told her that I haven't lost any since the last time I saw her and she said, "I have to tell you that you look great and look like you are still losing." That made me feel better about myself for sure. Guess toning is a much better way to look at things!

You are doing such a great job. You're right - weekends are tough, I think it's because we have such a whole different routine for the weekends is why. You have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

I think it's the routine thing also. What a great idea for you to weigh in Thursday, I'm sure you'll see some results and it'll be all the motivation you need not to go off the deep end eating wise on Thanksgiving.

Toning is exactly what you are doing. If you're gaining muscle and toning, you won't see the scale go down as much. I know it's frustrating, but it's true. If people are giving you compliments, that has to tell you that you're doing something right!! Great job and keep it up girl!!

Sounds like you are doing a great job! Have you ever tried the DVD Walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone? I do her 3 mile in home walking and I LOVE it! It is cardio and toning. Give it a try, 45 minutes is all it takes plus a 5 minute stretch at the end youwill see results... Good luck !!! And keep up the great work !
