OMG what have I done I have just totally lost it over three days I have gained mass!
so today is a new day I have been gardening all day in the freezing cold I have only had my breakfast of two porridges (330 calories ) with my treacle and thats it Im totally discusted with my self I could nt even bring my self to write what I ha to eat quite frankly there wouldnt have been enough room on this web site so
Im feeling fatter than ever ! I m sooo disappointed that we are not having a holiday this year and doing home improvemnets instead that thats what did it I think well I thought what s the point in having a slim body? nobodys gonna see! any way been good and having my grandaughter over night so will be busy and not have time to eat so with a bit of luck that'll help x cheers all for listening to me wine!
