Work has been so busy and stressful that I've had a couple of weeks away from fatsecret to recharge my batteries. I didn't exercise or count calories (though I didn't eat a bunch of junk). I just needed to step away, rest and get my mind back on track. I felt like I was burning out. Things should be back to normal by next week and I should have a break from the endless night shifts for a couple of months, yay.

It's all about baby steps I guess... sometimes we fall, but as long as we get back up and keep on wobbling along we should get there in the end.

Your back and that is the main thing :) Have just started a placement where I do long days (7:30am - 9:00) Have just done three in a row and feel wasted.... Go girl!
