I can't believe how good Ive been today ! yeah back into it I think! I KNOW that I LOVE it when the scales show me a weight loss and I ve been so bad lately My body looks awful so thats it enough is enough NOTHING I ate over the last few days tasted as good as loosing weight THAT IS A KNOWN FACT just hope tommorrow Ill be rewarded by my hard work I mighnt even leave my weigh in till next monday ---- yeah fat chance that is!
