It's been a week of not sleeping well, feel like I did better last night.
My family & I are going to Disney next month, I'm slightly worried about keeping up with Keto that week, but I know there are options & it's possible. I'm going to try as hard as possible to make it work. I need to bring some easy to carry snacks with me. I'm thinking nuts, some carefully selected jerky & lots of water (it'll be hot, June in FL & all that). Hopefully that combined with salads, bunless burgers and turkey legs will keep me on track.
