I am choosing foods I enjoy, in moderate portions. I am focusing on including veggies that add few points but add volume. I don't feel hungry, but do have occasional bouts of "foraging" where I wander around and think I want something but don't know what. Trying to quell that with a club soda and lemon, or a half portion of almonds if I think I really AM hungry
