Well, being sick and working the last couple nights has taken its toll...Weight in tomorrow morning. I try to be consistent with my times. Hoping I am down some pounds. That is the most trying thing. Change your habits, but it still seems to take at least a month to see some differences. Diet and Exercise have changed immensely for me. I am just waiting to see the benefits yet. I am more energized, I also have not been sleeping so good at nights or days...when I never had a problem with this before. Any suggestions from anyone, feel free.
