Skipped breakfast
Atkins shake for lunch
spaghetti squash w/ vegetable alfredo sauce and cesar salad for dinner

AM:Stretching and 5 sets of 20 pushups/20 crunches, then bike ride to work
Lots of walking during the day
Bike ride home
Walked both dogs to the park
