Want to wish all my fatsecret friends a happy thanksgiving!!!!! I have let go of most of my anxiety about having gained some weight back, and not having lost much to begin with. I'm simply eating, trying to make good choices as suggested by some buddies, and have come to terms that for me this loss of weight will take long-term. A day at a time, and some day, I know it will pay off. I am eating so much better, and much fewer calories than I ate before SBD which I began about 2 1/2 months ago-I'm really doing, I believe, the best I can. So I will take credit for that. The holiday has begun in my home already, and I have stayed away from those foods that I should not eat, and I intend to do the same on Turkey day. I think that if I stop thinking about weight loss and just go with the program, I will be better off. Babble, babble, babble, babble.................Again, happy Turkey Day.
