Started working out for at least 30 minutes straight every day since January 9, 2010, when I weighed 260 pounds. That's closer to 300 than 200 so it was time to do something.
I started doing just elliptical workouts and have now started running. I've also changed my diet and have been more closely watching what I eat.
As of February 6, I'm at 251 pounds.
