Feeling much better, I'm recovered from my cold. Nice to have an ordinary day after yesterday. I'm really enjoying my coffee today :) since I didn't have any yesterday because it is an especially long bus trip if I drink coffee!
I weighed myself this morning expecting a really bad number after yesterday but I was at 152, down a pound from my last weigh in on Monday. I didn't enter it because I think it could a false low reading. I may have been a little dehydrated yesterday.
Looking forward to going to cycling class over the noon hour and getting my hair cut after work.
