back on track for a week now, trail walking in the woods & stop eating at night. also doing some yoga before walking. wonderful massage yesterday and CHIRO adjustment.
62.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
