I've decided to make some rewards for reaching a certain weight as I progress to my goal. I have found that in the past I would get excited as my weight went down and then "treat" myself to some junk food as a reward and then get off track. Here is what I plan to do:
Reward for reaching: 150 lbs: tanning 145 lbs: pedicure 140 lbs: facial 135 lbs: new hairstyle for a new me!
