I've decided to make some rewards for reaching a certain weight as I progress to my goal. I have found that in the past I would get excited as my weight went down and then "treat" myself to some junk food as a reward and then get off track. Here is what I plan to do:

Reward for reaching:
150 lbs: tanning
145 lbs: pedicure
140 lbs: facial
135 lbs: new hairstyle for a new me!

Nonfood rewards are so important! I'm doing something similar. I'm going to go to an extra cycling class next week (1 hr and very intense) and treat myself to a massage for stepping up the exercise and to celebrate a 10+ lb weight loss. We can do it!
