Again this week I haven't lost much weight, but I have continued to lose inches. I seriously attribute the inches lost to the pilates that I do. I also do 20 minutes of cardio a day. This is another reason why I am glad I started taking measurements, jsut wish I had taken them in the beginning. I seriously never thought I would be successful at weight loss. I am still continuing to work on firming my abs.

Thought I would SHOW you what I have lost inches wise since I started the cardio 20 minutes a day and 45 minutes of pilates everyday (pretty much lol) and I was also doing 15 minutes of soley devoted ab exercises in addition. These were my starting measurements 6 weeks ago:

weight 129.4
arms 12"
chest 39"
bra band 33"
waist 32.5
hips 38"
thighs 21"

Good job! I am happy for you, the amazing # on your scale is getting down, lost inches are a big motivation too. However, those are only numbers, when you feel that your body is fit and your clothing size goes down it feels even better. Keep up the amazing work! p.s. I have never tried pilates.. not sure why... might give it a try one day... thx for sharing the info that it made you lose inches!
