Well, not sure where I stand weight wise, but I am sure I gained a couple pounds in the past 4 days, oh well, it was Thanksgiving and a time to celebrate! I did exercise 2 out of the 4 days and am very proud of myself for that! I will also be heading to the gym today at lunch and then have volleyball tonight after work. I did pretty well on Thanksgiving, didn't over due it and didn't have 2nds....the rest of the weekend is what killed me, but oh well! We are leaving for Vegas on Friday so I am going to try to do 4 days of detox again this week, won't be 100% detox, but for the most part! I have enough fruit and veggies for the remainder of the week so I will finish that off and then go from there! Still have some leftover turkey, which isn't bad for you so I will eat that up also! Sounds like everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend! Keep up the great work!
