Oh the weekends are my bane!! If I could only sew my lips shut...or glue the cupboards, fridge and panty shut...or be locked in a spa for the weekends....or LEARN some SELF CONTROL!!!! I can honestly say I do OK during the week, the weekends come and all heck breaks loose. This next weekend will be a real challenge (it is a looonnggg weekend)four days. I have decided to use these next few days to plan and cook ahead. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough to get outside, and get some walking in. Like last week - I have an appointment on Wednesday with the Dr. for my weigh in. I guess I will find out then just how much damage my weekend eating caused.
