UGH. Wednesday I was sneezing a lot. I didn't think much of it until Thursday morning my throat hurt. I tried two different stores before I finally got sore throat spray. It was the dollar store no less, with lots in stock for cheap. I know there's a good bit of vitamin C in brussels, kale, and bell peppers but I used illness as excuse to eat oranges since I had been craving them for days. Anyway, the pain moved from throat to behind my face with all the congestion. I'm thinking about going to store to buy bell peppers and making a ridiculously spicy chili.

If you're craving something reasonably healthy - not sugar of course - then it's because your body needs it. Well done for it being oranges not sweets

@minitata bad for keto but still has fiber and other good stuff. Not like a stripped out glass of juice they add the minerals back in to.
