Well day 1 of the challenge seems to be progressing nicely.

It really does involve pre-planning and fine tuning, but I've managed to keep my F/P/C ratios very close to the 20/30/50 ideal (23/28/49) not bad for my first day.

It is very important to organise in advance, and I'll need to sit down this afternoon and plan for the week ahead.
