Feeling a little blue, but trying not to cave in to emotional eating. I know I am not hungry and that tasting something I like won't make things better, but my feelings won't listen to reason.

I hate when that happens. It has been happening a lot to me lately. If you find a good way to get rid of it let me know. The only thing that has helped me is working out. Hope it gets better for you.

Thanks. I noticed it was harder when I'm in the kitchen, so I think one thing I can do is try to stay out of the kitchen when I don't need to be there. Are there places or times when you notice it's harder to cope with?
