I don't eat the outside. I use their sporks and get them minus the 'red sauce' so it's beans, cheese, and onions. Throw out the burrito wrap that is where most of the carbs and calories are. If you need some filler and other get a chicken soft taco supreme it will have a small bit of sour cream and toss the wrapping on that as well and eat the insides of the two mixed together you have the chicken the beans a bit of cheese, the lettuce, tomato and sour cream toss the wraps after you have eaten out of them. 💁🏻
