I so wanted blueberry pancakes for breakfast. I'm craving carbs in a big way. I have a feeling that when we met with the Nurse to go over our food logs that my carbs are going to be cut even more. This is the biggest reason I normally fail at losing weight. I dont respond well to being told that I can't have something or do something.
