Going to be honest about my weekend here...had an AMAZING time-am so thankful for time spent together more than anything else. My eating was not stellar. I couldn't even begin to guess point wise what I consumed, the good thing is my boyfriend and I have a tendency to eat breakfast and then not much until dinner, so that did help matters. I cooked breakfast yesterday and today and was careful about my portions as well as the amt. of butter I used etc. With that said...I still didn't do wonderfully with the rest of my meals. Back to the grind this week. Feeling like I'm not going to make my goal by March 7th :-( but I'm going to keep on plugging away. My boyfriend's water tastes funny and I feel badly using all his bottled water when I'm there so water intake over the last 3 days STUNK. I think I'm going to go out and buy him a Brita this week to take up to him on Friday...that way I can guiltlessly get the water I need when I stay with him on the weekend. PLUS, less waste with water bottles-it's environmentally friendly! Totally just justified that to myself, lol. Happy week everyone!
