Had a great weekend! Didn't do too much over indulging and I recorded all meals. I did have a salt attack last night. I just poured salt all over my chicken. Dieting is so hard being a saltaholic.

Salt makes you retain water. However, is it the WATER you want to lose? You won't have a fat gain from having a salt indulgence. Just be prepared for a few days of retaining a little water. You're doing fine.
