Didn't have the greatest weekend. Could have done considerably better...but I could have done considerably worse, too. Going to the gym tonight and I don't think I'm going to lift like I usually do on Tuesdays. That always makes me retain water and I definitely don't want to do that for my weigh in tomorrow. Although, I weighed in Thursday of last week so maybe I'll wait until Thursday again...
Had two donuts today, GROSS. I didn't eat breakfast bc I was late (biiiig mistake) and they were sitting there in the library during the monthly library party type thing. Sooo...yea. Oh well, gotta make smart choices the rest of the day and work out for extra time tonight. I just want to have SOME kind of loss this week. Anything at all I will be content with!
Three Things I'm Grateful for Today: 1. Those butterfly feelings I get when I have an email that I've been waiting for. 2. Looking forward to this weeeekend! 3. Having a mother who will make extra dinner so I can take some to work the next day in order to avoid all the sodium. :)
