Against the odds today, I did workout. Head is still stuffy from being sick, ate a big lunch and then just wanted to take a nap, but I didn't! I followed through with my intention to workout. Went walking at the park with my daughters and our dog. It was a little bit windy, but after the first 1/2 mile, I was warm enough to keep going. Did 1.5 miles--I love it when parks have distance markers to help me keep track of how far I have gone. I also used my stop watch to help keep my pace up. I know we might get more snow this weekend, but at least for today there was a promise of Spring in the air.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
