This weekend was challenging I put together food for our trip and somehow it didn't get in the car. Fortunately most of what the family made wasn't totally off plan.
I am about 9 weeks from my competition - My stress level is getting higher I don't do traditional prep. I want to try to get in a little more cardio - Not excessive.
